Consultations and Inquiry Responses

Sharing the Perspectives and Expertise of Disabled Staff

Responding to consultations and inquiries is an important part of NADSN’s work. Our contributions ensure the voices of disabled staff are reflected in the policies and decisions that shape workplaces and wider society. As we say, “Nothing about us without us.”

Our responses are informed and created by our members. We draw on lived experience, shared challenges, and our collective insight to highlight where change is needed and how it can happen.
